The final project expects to include:-
1. A Five star hotel:
Inspired by our vision of excellence and panache, equipped with all top notch modern facilities, the Hotel included in the project - which is scheduled for completion in 2014 - will redefine the lodging experience in Murree.
Having Conference and Banquet arrangements to name a few, the establishment will have the ability to cater to all the needs of families as well as our corporate clientele.
Laying scrupulous attention to intricate details - from innovative architecture and layout plans, to exquisite furnishings, to modus operandi - there shall surely be the provision of a personalized service for each and every guest, so that their experience boasts unparalleled comfort and marks a truly unforgettable trip.
2. Membership Wellness Club
The Wellness Club, comprising of a Spa with Massage, Sauna and whirlpool bath facilities – shall grant guests the opportunity for ultimate relaxation and comfort. Other recreational activities such as Billiards and a Swimming Pool will also be part of the club. Members will be able to avail various preferences with regard to the resort’s other attractions, such as hotel discounts, shopping mall and amusement park coupons/discounts, etc.

Our concept for the theme is a ‘miniature earth’. Each continent-based enclosure should adapt the attributes related to the different cultures that it represents, featuring items dedicated to its specific theme.

Eliminating all stress associated with haphazard parking of cars, which has become an inherent tension related with Murree, it will allow tourists to focus solely on their relaxation and leisure.

The main walking track shall provide a picturesque view of the surrounding scenery coupled with the pleasant weather of Murree, for nature-lovers who would like to take a refreshing walk. Parallel to the track will be a commercial market consisting of various attractions that passersby can indulge themselves in.
