I’d like to start by highlighting that the builder is maintaining a great pace on this project 👍.

Here’s the current site update:

*🧱 Masonry works*
• All columns for the main house have been successfully casted.
• Exterior walls block installation has been completed.
• Team is now working on formworks and steel works for the lintels and ring roof beam layout.
• Rough plastering of the pool exterior has been completed.
• Interior pool rough plastering is now in progress.
• Sun pad steps are currently being formed and are coming out very clean and neat.

*⚡ Electrical*
• Electrician is on site verifying layouts and running electrical rough-ins.
• Air conditioning rough-ins are also being installed.
• Plumbing connections and rough-ins are being verified and completed where required.
• Coordination on the installations is progressing well.

Not his idea - but Brady can add tile mule to his resume 💁🏼 We took 30 sheets of mosaic tiles for the kitchen backsplash and accents in the bathrooms. 15 we're in that rolling bag, 5 in each kids back pack, then 10 in checked luggage. Oh - all the faucets and shower fixtures too!

Site Update – Post-Casting Inspection 🏗️

• Inspection was conducted today following the casting completed on Saturday 👷‍♂️
• Ground beams and floor slab were inspected for honeycombing and cracks 🔍
• No cracks or honeycombing were observed on the floor slab or ground beams ✅
• The builder’s team has started installation of the 8-inch block walls 🧱

We are finally at the stage of casting the floor beams along with the floor slab. The pool walls and sun-pod floor will also be. All beams were verified and found to be as per the approved plans, including spacing and rebar sizes. The floor slab matting reinforcement bars was also inspected, with steel placed at 8 inches center to center, as specified. All steel works are in compliance with the plans ✅.

The pool structure was reviewed as well. Both the pool walls and sun-pod floor have double matting installed correctly 🏊‍♂️

An inspection was also carried out on all rough-ins, including electrical, water lines, and waste lines 🔌🚰

It was confirmed that starter rebars for the walls were left in place, as well as the starter rebars for the ramp.

Construction plastic was also placed under the rebar matting throughout the entire area, as required 🧱

The only remaining item observed is the final touch of flashing around the sun pad wall area, since the sun pad wall will be cast separately.

Curing agent has been applied to all steel and will be reapplied tomorrow early morning prior to casting 💧 The casting is scheduled for early tomorrow.

✅ All necessary roughings have been placed by the technician as required.

📸 We will be sending pictures of the completed rough-ins for record purposes.
