Key responsibilities:
• Oversee daily guesthouse operations
• Manage bookings, guest communication, and check-ins
• Lead housekeeping and property presentation standards
• Coordinate maintenance and suppliers
• Ensure a premium guest experience from arrival to departure
• Handle admin, stock, and reporting
What we’re looking for:
• Strong hospitality or guesthouse experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong eye for detail and cleanliness standards
• Comfortable managing staff and service providers
• Problem solver with a calm, professional presence
