The gardens at Madison House are always full of surprises. We have an active fig tree that must have been planted when these houses were built in the late 60's early 70's. It produces fruit every December. Our lemon tree was overflowing this winter. Today one of my guests called to ask if I was aware of how full the loquat tree was. I wasnt even aware that this tree was a loquat ! He sent me this photo. In the 10 years that I have owned this property, I have never seen this !
