On the 5th of May we started with the second phase of the refurbishment plan with 3 units being set aside for this. 2 of the 6 sleeper chalets have been converted to 4 sleeper chalets and one 4 sleeper was refurbished. 2 of those units are now complete, bringing the total refurbished units to 7.

On the 2nd September we started with the next project in our rejuvenation plan, this was to redo the thatch of 3 of the rondavels. Today this phase is complete, we will undertake to do another 4 of the roofs in April 2025.

We have been very busy over the past 2 months with refurbishment of three of our chalets. We are very close to completion of the two 4 sleeper chalets which will be ready for occupation in June. Watch this space for the completed unit pictures. Can't wait to get feedback from our loyal guests.

Today we said farewell to one of our longest serving employees who goes on retirement on the 1st January 2024. Mita Dladla was a loyal and hard working employee for 35 years, she will be greatly missed by us all as well as many guests who got to know her over that time. We wish her the best in the next chapter of her journey.
