This 1.5 bedroom apartment is across the road from the beach, on level 8 with lovely sea views.
It consists of a 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a ½ open room with 2 bunk beds, an open plan kitchen/lounge area.

La Ballito 803 is within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Stunning views and a great area to braai and a big swimming pool to entertain the kids. Laundry room on the premises and an undercover parking bay with 24hour security.
The unit offers a fully furnished kitchen with a microwave, oven, and fridge.

50 Long Island is the ideal beach rental, with the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves.
The unit has been designed to flow from comfort to the sea-side - leaving guests feeling relaxed and at home in Ballito.
This timeless unit can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. These two bedrooms share a private bathroom.
The living area is very welcoming with a huge tv + dstv & wi-fi to keep the kids entertained + an additional dvd player & tv in the kids room - bonus!!!
The view is nice, but it's not on the beach. You can clearly hear the ocean but not the noise of the main road which is fantastic. Plus the complex has an amazing (very clean) saltwater pool available for residents only.
You have one parking by the flat stair entrance + a closed lock up garage available as well - very useful during the busy periods.

Located on the beachfront, this property has an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a garden.The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with garden views. Free private parking is available at the apartment. There is barbeque/picnic facilities on site located at the swimming pools. What makes this unit ideal for families, is you can sit on the patio whilst watching the kids swim in the communal pool right in front of the garden floor unit.

This sought-after holiday home in a secure estate is a luxury self-catering house sleeping 8 adults and is suitable for tourists, executives or family vacations. It is located alongside the most magnificent stretch of coastline, known as the Dolphin Coast. Featuring lake views, it is also home to majestic natural splendour and scenery, as well as lush vegetation and even an abundance of bird and wildlife. Just a 10-minute drive from the holiday destination, Salt Rock and Ballito, with prime swimming beaches to choose from with protective shark nets & lifeguards. It is a 20-minute drive from Durban’s King Shaka International Airport and close to Ballito Shopping Malls & many restaurants. Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms each sharing a bathroom and playroom.
