The Barrydale Watercourt Lodge (Barend , Lisle-Anne and Chante) was invited to do a Spitbraai for Farmers on the Brandrivier, Riversdal Farm on 8 November 2012. What a success. Started preparing and loading Buck to start the spit at 13:00 the afternoon. Paptert, Green Salad and Potato salad was served with the cooked meat at 21:00. Everything went well and all very happy! This was a big challenge for us. We never did a buck as a spit, what a great success!
