The ethos of Sederkloof Lodge is the tranquil enjoyment that the spectacular Baviaanskloof, World Heritage Site, in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, offers. let is carefully situated at the edge of a gorge in such a way as to provide complete privacy to its guests, as well as affording a view of the gorge and mountain unimpaired by other human artifacts. The Lodge is situated a short walk from the mountain chalets, spectacularly located on the edge of another gorge with glorious views of the Baviaanskloof mountains. Within the Lodge is a comfortable sitting area for guests who wish to socialise. Delicious meals are served either in the dining area or outside, according to our guests' preference. When guests stay three or more nights, a romantic dinner by firelight in a Bushman Cave, is included. Outside is a large deck, partly under cover and partly open, with loungers on which to tan and a crystal clear swimming pool for that refreshing plunge.
