Kombisa Lodge Situated inside Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, Kombisa Lodge is nestled against a koppie with stunning views over the reserve.

The lodge sleeps up to 10 guests with four en-suite bedrooms, additional beds in the loft, and two extra toilets with showers. Amenities include two spacious decks overlooking the reserve, a braai facility under a thatched lapa, a separate bar, a swimming pool, and a boma, which all contribute to making your stay an unforgettable one. There is a cozy lounge with a gas heater for those chilly winte

r nights. Children are welcome at Kombisa Lodge; the swimming pool is enclosed and has a lockable gate.

In the wake of the recent bushfire that swept through Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, our hearts go out to all those affected. We are deeply moved by the outpouring of concern and support from our guests, friends, and family. Your kind words and thoughts have been a beacon of hope during this challenging time.

We are immensely grateful that Kombisa Lodge was spared from the devastation. This, however, does not diminish the pain we feel for our neighbors and the broader Mabalingwe community.

A special thank you to the management, staff, and volunteers of Mabalingwe for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts. Their commitment to the well-being of the reserve and its inhabitants is truly commendable.
