🌸 **Women’s Month — celebrating women beyond just one day** 🌸
August is Women’s Month in South Africa, and while Women’s Day on 9 August gives us a special opportunity to honour women, we believe women deserve to be celebrated far beyond a single day.
Women’s Day commemorates the brave women who marched to the Union Buildings in 1956, standing together against injustice and showing the incredible strength, courage and unity of women. 🇿🇦
Today, Women’s Month reminds us to celebrate the women in our lives — the mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, colleagues, entrepreneurs, caregivers and leaders who inspire us, support us and make a difference every single day.
Because celebrating women shouldn’t be something we do once a year.
So, throughout August, we’re continuing to celebrate, appreciate and uplift the incredible women around us. ❤️
