We have a minimum booking period of *7 nights*.

To secure your booking, we need a 50% deposit.

Please note that our rates are for the full unit and not per person.

You can order some wood to be delivered, and a contact number can be sent to you.

_Please note that this is a family home during the year, and it is only rented out over the Christmas season. We ask that guests treat it with care and respect as they would their own space_

This unit is a separate “bachelor's style” unit with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and hand wash basin) and can accommodate 2 people sharing a double bed.
PLEASE NOTE!
This unit is only available to rent separately during MID WEEK (Mondays- Fridays) Excluding Friday nights and School Holidays. Please Note – When we have guests staying at our Main House (P*k ‘n Wyntjie that is attached to the unit, the Hot Tub and backyard area is for (main house) use only.
We do charge an Extra fee of R200 to use the Hot Tub for the period that you are booked- Own wood. This is payable in cash on arrival – if Tub is available!

The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, snackwich maker, electric frying pan , air fryer and a bar fridge. The unit has a separate secure sliding door entrance.
Small lap size dogs are welcome, please note that only the back yard of the main house is fenced and the area where you can park your car. Should you go out for the day dogs must be taken with or left in the fenced area. No dogs must be left unattended in the unit.
Should you wish to book the house for 8 people, and you wish to rent the extra unit for extra guests you are welcome to book both. If the unit is not required, the unit will not be accessible. Please arrange accordingly.

WOOD FIRED HOT TUB. - BRING OWN WOOD! We can however order you wood. Once booking is confirmed we can send you a pricelist.

Lets visit Dawidskraal in Betty's Bay, a popular picnic and fishing spot.

Dawidskraal, picnic and fishing spot. On the east side of the Main beach visitors will find the David’s Kraal picnic area. David’s Kraal picnic area, a popular spot not only for the perfect picnic spot, but also an extraordinary and popular beach fishing spot.

Betty’s Bay and surrounds contain numerous archaeological evidence of early San and Khoekhoe activity dating back 100 000 years. During the VOC period in the Cape, around 1652, the company bartered with the indigenous Shaniqua herders in the region for cattle and sheep. Betty's Bay Sand Boarding @ the wind swept Blesberg Dune.
Sand boarding is a boarding Sport like the popular Snowboarding.

The Sand Dune in Betty`s Bay is considered amongst sand boarding professionals as one of the best dunes in Africa. With spectacular views from the dune it is hard not to feel like you in another world

It is an awesome recreational activity that takes place on a Large +-230 meter High Sand Dune rather than on a snow covered mountain. This boarding sport has adherents throughout the world, most prevalent in desert areas or coastal areas with beach dunes.

We are very fortunate to have a Sand Boarding Dunes a stone throw away from Cape Town in Betty’s Bay.

Sand boarding is a wonderful activity as its both fun and extreme (depending on your skills as you progress) and is ideal for individuals but also extremely entertaining for larger groups and team building options.
What to wear and bring: Bottled water is a must as you will get thirsty.
Sunscreen - in summer!!
Comfortable clothes and shoes.
Sand boards can be hired locally.
The wind swept Blesberg dune in Betty's Bay is a prime location
Stony Point Penguin Colony is also just a stone throw away from the Sand boarding dune so why not pay Betty’s Bay a visit.
