Yesterday afternoon, our own Siyabonga Ndovela found two dolphins stranded on Khwanyana beach, near the red dunes a few km from . After an extensive struggle he managed to get them back into the water, and then spent hours swimming with them while they readjusted to life out at sea.

On land and at sea, the Wild Coast is home to at extensive cast of creatures and plants, many endemic to the area, and all of them are precious to us! Nyavini village is a natural treasure, with spectacular beaches, breathtaking gorges and waterfalls, and exceptional shore angling, all within walking distance from our lodgings.

Spend a week or weekend in one of our rondawels, and book a tour with one of our guides. We can't wait to show you around.
