Requirements:

Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Guest House role
Certificate in First Aid/Fire Fighting/Health and Safety (advantageous)
Background in Front Office and Reservations
Background in Restaurant (advantageous)
Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination
Valid Driver's License
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Experience and Skills:

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism and teamwork
Commitment to sustainable quality and attention to detail
Main Responsibilities:

Staff Management
Reservations
Yield Management
Restaurant Supervision
Guests Check-in and Check-out
Cash-up
Guest Feedback Reporting
