It doesn’t have to be a traditional cup of coffee! Choose coffee, tea or any hot beverage from the Blue Peter Lounge Bar.

Simply purchase your chosen beverage at the bar before your yoga session and receive your time-slot coupon for your selected yoga session.
Yoga is first come, first served, with limited spaces available per session, so we recommend arriving early to secure your preferred time.

Sunday afternoons are made for good food, beautiful music and taking your time.

This Sunday, 30th August, join us at The Blue Peter Hotel for our delicious Sunday Carvery, served in our beautiful Cape Town setting.

Enjoy a warming Tomato Soup with house-made buns, followed by Leg of Lamb with red w**e jus and Beef Stroganoff, accompanied by house-made salad, mixed vegetables, sautéed potatoes with caramelised onions and Basmati rice. And to finish, indulge in our delicious Carrot Cake.

At The Blue Peter Hotel, live music adds a special touch to our Sunday afternoons, creating the perfect soundtrack to a relaxed lunch by the sea.

This Sunday, our talented cello performer will be joined by a flute, bringing an extra-special musical experience to your afternoon.

We’ll be using Silent Music headphones, allowing you to fully tune in and enjoy the session.

☕ How the Coffee Works
Purchase your coffee before your yoga session and receive a tag/token as proof of purchase.

Yoga is first come, first served, with a maximum of 20–25 people per session. Michael and the team will check your tag on arrival and provide your headphones.
