As we plan ahead for year-end orders, we kindly ask you to take note of the following dates and lead times to manage your stock levels for products manufactured by us:
• Our last date for accepting orders will be 23 October 2026.
• All orders will be dispatched for shipping/delivery by 11 December 2026.
• We will be closing our business for the year on 15 December 2026 and will be reopening on 04 January 2027.
• Orders will carry a lead time of 6 to 7 weeks from the payment date, depending on the size of the order and our capacity at the time your order is placed.
• Any additions to orders already in the production queue or in production will carry a new lead time.
• All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we typically deliver ahead of schedule, we need to implement these peak season order lead times to ensure smooth operations and to address any unforeseen delays.
We greatly value each of our clients and want to ensure you have the stock needed for your peak season. Therefore, we kindly request your cooperation in following the above process for peak season orders.
