At House of Karuna, mornings may start in silence above the ocean. Afternoons unfold through conversation, movement and shared meals. As the sun lowers, music carries through the house and the fire draws everyone closer.

The space welcomes private stays, retreats, ceremonies, creative residencies, intimate celebrations and gatherings shaped around community. Artists, travellers, facilitators, families, friends and visionaries each bring their own rhythm to the house.

Light moves through the house from morning until evening, changing the rooms, the terraces and the view with every hour.

Our House of Karuna - is a special Art house which we have lovingly designed in detail with various artists and designers.
The house is situated in the most beautiful spot in Cape Town, in the windless and quiet Clifton, only 5 minutes walk to Clifton 4th beach.
The 360 degree view is directed to the breathtaking sea and at the same time to the stunning Table Mountains, creating a feeling of the connection of all elements.

This extraordinary house can be booked for room renting, complete house renting and special events such as:
