📍Het Posthuys, or the post house’ in English, is the oldest standing building on the False Bay coastline, and a must-see stop for anyone interested in South Africa’s history. Built not long after the arrival of Jan van Riebeek, the house served as a lookout post to spot enemy ships entering False Bay.

Southern right whales are pretty much guaranteed to be seen in False Bay between August and November.
