Position Overview

We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to manage reservations, oversee housekeeping, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the guesthouse.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations (phone, email, and online platforms)

Handle client correspondence professionally and efficiently

Oversee housekeeping staff and daily cleaning schedules

Conduct room inspections and sign-off before guest arrivals

Maintain staff registers and assist with scheduling

Ensure the property remains neat, tidy, and well-organized at all times

Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Well-organized and able to multitask

Professional and reliable

Willingness to travel if required

Previous hospitality experience is advantageous
