The Castle Rock Beach Villa is a split-level house, with sunlight penetrating through to the lower multipurpose space. The white concrete walls are paint free and create a bright atmosphere throughout. The Villa is already a long term fixture and beautiful - yet unobstructive - addition to the peninsula.
