That is how you feel when you arrive at Villa Stella Maris. The name means Star of the Ocean, and stars you see over the Ocean. Dirk and Vaughan, your hosts have been in the industry since 1998 and pride themselves in offering guests a truly At Home experience. We ensure you will have a memorable vacation that you will not easily forget. Over the years our guests have returned many times to our ho

mes together with referring us to their family and friends. We are always around and enjoy entertaining our guests with arrival drinks or braai evenings. A night in the bar has been the cause of many laughs but also some hangovers. The Guesthouse is situated high up against the slopes of Signal Hill, with views across the Atlantic Ocean, Sea Point and the beautiful Lions Head. The views are uninterrupted and stunning from the property. From the moment that you arrive at the Villa Stella Maris you feel as you have stepped into a paradise with the green foliage and views that take your breath away. There is secure parking on the property for your convenience. The property is unfortunately not friendly for disabled or elderly guests that require level or only slightly elevated properties as there is a steep staircase to get to the home. The garden has various interesting levels, a large patio with a large pool, enough space for guests to be able to get away and enjoy privacy if they need it or to mingle. There are also a number of barbecue areas for use, all with incredible views. Villa Stella Maris is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Sea Points, and a mere 5 minutes by car to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the white beaches of Clifton and Cams Bay as well as the 8th Wonder of the World, Table Mountain. There are the options of Self Catering Apartments or Bed and Breakfast. All the rooms are en-suite and have been individually decorated, with outside patio areas. It must be mentioned that there are domestic animals on the property, all are very friendly, with FRANKIE the African Grey Parrot calling the shots. We are linked with Car Rental Operators as well as Tour operators, so should you wish for us to reserve any of these, just send a request through and we will do it with pleasure.
