This past Saturday, the Sip & Stir Syndicate team was fortunate enough to staff the suites of DHL Stadium to ensure guests are having the time of their lives.

We’re proud to say that we’ve staffed 45 bartenders and 4 supervisors at this stunning event on 7th September 2024.

Definitely a memory to cherish! 😍

🐎 As we're getting ready to saddle up with elegance for the L'Ormarins King's Plate on Saturday, we started thinking of sexy cocktails mixed with the luxury of L'Ormarins bubbles! 🥂

Ingredients:
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Chilled Champagne or Prosecco
Grapefruit twist for garnish

Instructions:
In a shaker, combine grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
Shake well to mix the flavors.
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
Top it off with chilled L'Ormarins champagne.
Gently stir to combine the effervescence.
Garnish with a twist of grapefruit for an extra burst of citrus aroma.

🍹🌞 Tropical Sunset Bliss Cocktail 🌅🍍

Ingredients:
2 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Mango Puree
0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
Ice cubes
Pineapple slice and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:
In a shaker, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, mango puree, passion fruit syrup, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with a splash of club soda for a refreshing fizz.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
