Together with our valued partners in the tourism industry, Grosvenor Tours hosted a seamless 5-day group experience across the Western Cape — a journey filled with carefully curated moments and unforgettable settings.

One of the highlights was Plaisir Wine Estate, where guests were treated to a truly beautiful day. Arriving in style with Springbok Atlas, they were welcomed into a picturesque, forest-lined setting at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountain range.

Designed exclusively for VIP guests and their partners, this experience blended natural beauty, refined hospitality, and effortless ex*****on — and Plaisir delivered on every level.

Set on the quieter eastern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, Osonjoi Lodge offers a more exclusive and tranquil safari experience — away from the higher vehicle traffic typically found on the western side.

With just 16 suites and 2 private two-bedroom suites, the lodge is designed with space, privacy and comfort in mind. Each suite features a generous lounge, double vanity bathroom with double shower, a freestanding bath, and a spacious bedroom — all thoughtfully curated for a luxurious stay.

The main lodge flows seamlessly between beautifully designed spaces, from a library and lounge to an elegant bar and dining areas. Step outside onto the deck or gather around the fire pit with uninterrupted views toward the crater — the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks.

A standout feature is the indoor heated pool, open 24 hours — a rare and unique space that offers a sense of calm and indulgence, especially in the cooler climate of the crater.

Game viewing is enhanced by the lodge’s location, with fewer vehicles in the area, allowing for a more intimate and relaxed safari experience. Back at the lodge, guests can unwind at the on-site spa or enjoy exceptional dining, with beautifully presented meals and an extensive wine selection.

While not positioned directly on the crater’s edge, Osonjoi offers something different — a balance between crater views and a serene forest setting. The layout ensures a sense of seclusion, giving guests the feeling of being in their own private retreat.

This is a lodge for those who value design, detail, and a more refined, private experience — a hidden gem in one of Africa’s most iconic destinations.

Tucked away in the remote Wogakuria Hills of the Northern Serengeti, Lemala Camps & Lodges Kuria Hills Lodge offers a truly immersive safari experience — where rolling grasslands, open woodlands and wildlife-rich landscapes stretch as far as the eye can see.

Positioned near the Mara River on the border of Kenya’s Maasai Mara, this is one of the most sought-after locations to witness the iconic Great Wildebeest Migration between July and October — right in the heart of the action.

Set amongst dramatic granite kopjes, the lodge’s 15 glass-fronted tented suites are designed for both privacy and uninterrupted views. Elevated on stilts and thoughtfully spaced, each suite combines contemporary comfort with authentic African touches — complete with a private plunge pool for those quiet moments between game drives.

The main lodge areas, all under canvas, open out onto sweeping views of the savannah — whether you’re enjoying a meal, a sunset drink, or simply taking in the stillness of the surroundings.

Game drives here are a highlight, led by knowledgeable guides in open-sided vehicles, offering close-up encounters with Africa’s incredible wildlife.

This is a destination for those seeking something raw, remote and deeply connected to nature — a place where the experience goes far beyond the ordinary.

“Rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned infant elephants and rhinos is at the core of what we do.” – Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Best known for their dedication to protecting elephants, the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust runs one of the world’s most successful orphaned elephant rescue and rehabilitation programmes — but their impact goes far beyond that.

From anti-poaching initiatives to habitat protection and community-driven conservation, their work plays a vital role in safeguarding wildlife across Kenya. Visitors also have the opportunity to support their efforts by adopting an orphaned elephant or experiencing the Nairobi Nursery firsthand — a visit that directly contributes to the care and rehabilitation of these animals.

It’s an initiative we deeply trust, support, and admire.

Thank you for the incredible work you do, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
