On Sunday, 7th October 2017, i teceived a request from
BRITTANY and, within two hours of receiving the request...i accepted and sent a message to the prespective guest.
I received TWO MORE REMINDER notices from Airbnb to respond to the request... so I sent more messages to guest saying I accepted the request.
Airbnb responded to say payment was pending. The dates were reflected as trsetbef hvion my calender..
The next message from Airbnb was "The request has expired"
THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED AGAIN WITH ANOTHER REQUESt ( which I accepted) from MARYANNE??
I cannot afford to loose ANY guests.
I have spent two days try I g to reach Airbnb... it's impossible
I am obviously concerned.at loosing two really desirable bookings due a fault with Airbnb.
Your assistance would be appreciated
