. Waterford can comfortably accommodate eight guests with a sleeper couch option for one extra person.

Waterford is located amidst the world-renowned vineyards of Constantia, offering upmarket country living, yet it is located just minutes away from all of the amenities and tourist attractions that the fair Cape has to offer. Waterford offers a choice of three separate accommodation options, being the Guinea Fowl and Paddaplek Apartments, which are fully-equipped for self-catering, while Sunbird is

a bedroom suite with the option of a cooked or Continental breakfast. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, patio and secure parking area, as well as full DStv, a DVD player, ADSL Internet, access to a large solar heated swimming pool with a covered barbecue area, a safe, hairdryer, fan and a wall heater. The rooms are serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, but we do ask our guests to provide their own beach towels. Other facilities include a laundry service and babysitting. Airport collection, car rental, a taxi service and guided tours can be arranged on request. An initial grocery stock-up service is also offered, and the guests pay for this as per the till slip. Set on the lower slopes of Table Mountain and surrounded by wine farms, Waterford is only a short drive away from blue flag beaches, a choice of five professional golf courses, shopping malls and medical centres. Table Mountain, the V & A Waterfront and Cape Town International Airport are a 20-minute drive away.

Waterford Guest House is located amidst the world-renowned vineyards of Constantia, offering relaxed upmarket country living while being centrally located for most tourist attractions the Fairest Cape has to offer. Just a short drive from blue flag beaches, a choice of five professional golf courses, shopping malls and medical centres. Table Mountain, Waterfront and Cape Town International Airport are a 20-minute drive away. Waterford offers a choice of three separate accommodation options:

Guinea Fowl - self-catering, 2 bedrooms, poolside (sleeps 4).

Paddaplek - self-catering, 1 bedroom, poolside (sleeps 2).

Sunbird - Bed and Breakfast, garden aspect with mountain views (sleeps 2 - 3).

Each unit is totally private but all connect well by a few short steps for extended family and friends.
