We said it was coming. Now it’s official. 👀 Our First Floor Conference & Events kitchen is officially Halaal certified. We’ve been working behind the scenes to get everything in place from certified suppliers and ingredients to dedicated equipment and processes.

“Our Halaal certification is about much more than simply offering a Halaal menu,” says Francois Steyn, General Manager & Owner Partner. “We have carefully considered every element, from our suppliers and ingredients to equipment, preparation and service. Our aim is to give conference organisers confidence that their Halaal requirements are being taken seriously and accommodated with the necessary care and attention.”
