Here's what Aimee Hartley said about her family’s stay at Jones Hall. “We had 8 people staying at the house, all Canadians that came to Cape Town for our wedding. I am Canadian but have lived in Cape Town for about 5 years and married a South African. For most of the overseas guests it was their first time to Cape Town and South Africa and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Jones Hall was the perfect place to host a large contingent of overseas guests. They couldn't all fit, but we were able to find bed and breakfasts nearby so everyone was within walking distance. The house acted as a 'headquarters' for the whole wedding and it couldn't have provided a more inviting atmosphere or ideal location. We met there to hike Table Mountain, venture to Camps Bay and take a fieldtrip to Cape Point. We also had approximately 40 family and close friends for a dinner party the evening before the wedding. The master bedroom was also the perfect setting to get ready with my family and bridesmaids the day of the wedding.”
