Heading to South Africa or flying back to the UK, some news you may or may not have heard.

From 1 July, SARS has made its online Traveller Declaration compulsory for most people travelling into or out of South Africa 🇿🇦.

If you’re thinking, “I’ve never had to do that before,” you are correct as the system has been around for a while as a trial, but it’s now officially mandatory.

So before you head to the airport, make sure you’ve completed your online declaration. It could save you unnecessary delays and stress when you arrive and extra time for a glass of wine.

If you’ve got family or friends travelling soon, give them a tag or share this post. It might save them a last-minute surprise at the airport. 🇿🇦✈️
