It started as a conversation with Chef Tauriq Essop, a Bo Kaap resident who grew up with these spices, these stories, this food. What came out of it is an evening that doesn't feel like dining out. It feels like being invited into someone's home, fed extraordinarily well, and sent away knowing this city a little more deeply than you did before.

Every menu here is built exclusively for in-house guests. No walk-ins. No public bookings. Just you, the house, and a kitchen that's entirely focused on making your evening memorable.
