Dear Friends and Community, the Main House is rented out to a big group from 15 Dec until 12 Feb, but I can offer you very good rates early season before 15 Dec or after the 12 Feb. The Main House offers 3 apartments and 5 rooms and sleeps up to 20 people. My second house is still available for most of the season. It sleeps up to 12 guests. Still available at this stage my second house in Cape Town from 8th January as a complete unit for a good daily rate. Suitable for a group of 8-12 people. You can be active or simply relax in our big tropical garden with swimming pool. We have an Indoor Barbecue well protected from the Wind. My second house is situated in a very good neighbourhood in a quiet close and caters for wind- and kitesurfers wth equipment storage and big double garage. Most of the Wind- and Kitesurfspots are 5 Min away by car, the City Centre can be reached in 20 Min by Car or in a few more minutes by Bus. The house offers on the first floor one Apartment with a lounge with kitchenette with a fridge, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom(with extra beds in the living room sleeps up to 4 people). Downstairs there is fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining, indoor barbecue plus 3 Double rooms(2 of them with an optional 3rd bed). The house sleeps 8-12 people. Send me a PM when interested. The Guest House is ready to welcome guests renovated and painted, book your flights when allowed to enter SA, f.e. Germany and Italy. List of countries that are not allowed to enter will be revised every 2 weeks. At this stage out are Netherlands, UK and Switzerland, but that will hopefully change soon. As tests are required anyway and tourism industry is working on it in the background.

The list of countries from where tourists may not travel to SA will be reviewed every two weeks, but tourism bodies say this is impractical.

Also still available at my big house in Cape Town at the moment is one of our very nice Apartments(pictures 4 and 5 from left to right) and one of our big double rooms(pictures 6), f.e. in November and the first half of December. I can offer you a very good daily rate. At our house you can be active or simply relax in our big tropical garden with swimming pool. We have an Indoor Barbecue well protected from the Wind. My house is situated in a very good neighbourhood and caters for wind- and kitesurfers wth a big garage only for equipment storage. Most of the Wind- and Kitesurfspots are 5 Min away by car, the City Centre can be reached in 20 Min by Car or in a few more minutes by Bus.
