We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Guest House Ambassador to join our dynamic front-of-house team at Pure Guest House. This is a live-in position, and we require someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys guest interaction, and can represent the warm and professional standards of our guest house 24/7.
Inherent Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar guest house or boutique hotel environment
• Certificate in First Aid / Firefighting / Health & Safety (advantageous)
• Background in Front Office and Reservations essential
• Restaurant service experience (advantageous)
• Valid Driver’s License (advantageous)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• German language skills (advantageous)
Experience & Skills:
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A professional team player with attention to detail
• Commitment to sustainable quality service
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving breakfast for guests
• Supervising gardeners
• Carrying out housekeeping duties to maintain exceptional guest house standards
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
• Collecting and reporting guest feedback (TripAdvisor, emails, etc.)
• Acting as concierge (restaurant bookings, transfers, activities)
• Enforcing health and safety standards while ensuring guest privacy
• Living on-site and being available to assist guests as needed
