So I would like to mention that our guest house is barely making ends meat and my offer is out of desperation as Covid has really pushed the hospitality industry to its limits and we are in a tough spot with no tourists/international guests and need to amend my offer buy requesting that we will need a deposit and financial background check after being advised that guest houses and apartments are being barraged with squatters. These are desperate times and we need to be very careful.
