On the 1 July 2017 Russell and Debi Linde took over Valley Heights from Bruce and Jeannie Lane. The Guest House can be found in the beautiful and leafy suburb of Upper Kenilworth. It sleeps up to 16 guests in 5 units comprising 2 Self-Catering units and 4 en suite Bedrooms with own TV, bar fridge and kettle. This Guest House is situated in a perfect position in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

It is ideal for business and holiday accommodation whether singles, couples, families and groups of friends or colleagues. Kirstenbosch Gardens, Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds, Cavendish Square, fine restaurants and is within easy access of Cape Town, the Waterfront, False Bay and Atlantic seaboards. It is within walking distance (1km) from the Kingsbury, the Cape Fertility Clinic and Claremont hospitals plus medical specialists. The guesthouse is also within a 5km radius to UCT, Wynberg schools, SACS, Herschel, Western Province Prep School, Bishops, Rondebosch Boys and Rustenburg Girls. Kenilworth is such a cool suburb. And it's seriously underrated – so much so that it doesn't even have it's own area on the City's loadshedding map. For most, it's the blimp somewhere near Rondebosch and Claremont, but for me, it's home.
