Diese ruhige, aber doch zentrale Lage, wissen die Gäste sehr zu schätzen. Zu den populären Stränden von Camps Bay und Clifton sind es nur drei bis fünf Minuten, etwa fünf Minuten bis zur Long- und Kloof Street mit ihren trendigen Restaurants, Pubs und Bars, und ungefähr acht bis zehn Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum Kapstadts und der Waterfront. Das Canal Walk Shopping Center und das Casino sind ca. 25–30 Minuten entfernt. Aber auch die Restaurants und Bars in Camps Bay gehören zu den besten der Stadt.
