Beautiful and tranquil room to "rent" on a long-term basis in large guesthouse in Table View, Cape Town.

The West Coast Room is available for a single adult at R6000 per month, or R6500 per month for a couple.
Deposit required: R6500
Lease term: Month to Month available (terms and conditions apply) or 3, 6, 9 and 12 months available.

The West Coast Room is very spacious, and includes a King Size bed, bedside tables, lamps, scatter cushions, bedding (your own top linen required), A Smart TV with dedicated Netflix account, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The packaged deal also includes wi-fi and a maid cleaning service on alternate week days. The house has a full time alarm system for safety, as well as an electric fence. It is also inclusive of electricity and water (reasonable usage). You will have access to all of the shared spaces in the house - pool, garden, kitchen (fully equipped), lounge etc.

We are conveniently located near shops and local laundries, and less than 4kms from Blouberg Beach. A MyCiti bus stop is located less than 500m from our front door.

House rules will be provided upon approval of long-term guest.
Smokers welcome - however must smoke outside of the house, no smoking allowed inside the room or house.

This is a gorgeous property with a tranquil atmosphere, large living spaces and lots of open space outside. Large swimming pool and beautiful garden available.
