We have this beautifull fully furnished one bedroom apartment attached to our house in Stellenberg available for a month to month rental of only R6500. Included is water, electricity, Wi-fi and DSTV as well as access to swimming pool! The unit has a 5 plate gas stove, microwave oven, full fridge/freezer and plates and crockery for 6 people. The bedroom is huge, have more than normal cupboard space, have a ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. Living area is open plan and have a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs, there is a flat screen TV and a sleeper couch as well as single bed which can be exchanged for a couch, if prefered. We are proud to be able to say that we have always cleaned our units with an Antibacterial disinfectant after all guest leave and that we will continue to use this Antibacterial disinfectant on all surfaces that are touched by guest, this includes remotes, handles of all doors, light switches and all surfaces in kitchen and bathroom. No need to fear the spread of any virus at our place!

Affordable homely accommodation

We have 4 self catering units attached to our house. Each unit has its own kitchen and 3 of the units are separated by doors, so all 3 can be rented for larger groups that want to be together. Unit 4 is separate from the rest and very private over looking our swimming pool. The units sleep between 4-5 people ( a double bed and 2/3 single beds/sleeper couch) so perfect for families or groups of friends. It is also perfect for business people as the house is close to all major big businesses and is conveniently situated to have easy access to main roads. People who come for business can arrange with us to have meals prepared as well at a little extra cost.
