🟢 STANDARD – R17,500/month (1 person)
➕ R19,000/month for 2 people
✔️ King-size bed
✔️ Private bathroom (shower)
✔️ Microwave + fridge
✔️ Fast Wi-Fi
✔️ Room cleaning twice per week
✔️ Linen & towel change once per week
✔️ Secure parking
✔️ Access to breakfast room (for eating/laptop use)

🔵 COMFORT – R19,000 (1 person) / R20,500 (2 people)
All of Standard, plus:
➕ Heater usage (monitored)
➕ Laundry (2 loads/month)

🟣 FULL-SERVICE – R21,000 (1 person) / R23,500 (2 people)
All of Comfort, plus:
➕ Breakfast (Monday–Friday)
➕ Laundry (4 loads/month)

🛁 Add +R1,500/month for a room with a bathtub
💰 Refundable deposit = 50% of total rent (to cover possible damages)
