At Morii, pizza starts from scratch. Fresh dough is made in-house, kneaded and stretched by hand, topped, then straight into the oven.

It’s part of the way we like to cook at The Vineyard: making more in-house, working thoughtfully with ingredients, and keeping things fresh, considered and full of flavour.

Then comes the easy part — two Neapolitan-style pizzas and two Negronis for R395 per couple, every Thursday.
