The Three Boutique Hotel is a historic, stylish and elegant building that offers 18 modern rooms. There is secure off street parking and good security.

Historic & centrally located

Luxurious and comfortable rooms with king size beds and crisp 100% cotton linens and towels. All rooms have plasma screens, satellite TV, AC/Heating, ensuite bathrooms, tea/coffee, electronic safe and desk. We have a swimming pool and large roof deck with amazing panoramic views over the city and Table Mountain. The building is a historic, graded and listed monument.

It has been renovated in 2010 to the highest standard whilst respecting and preserving its rich heritage and history. We are a ten minute walk to the city and are convenient to everywhere. We are nestled peacefully below Table Mountain, in exclusive Oranjezicht on the border of Gardens. The hotel is just a stones throw away from the Garden’s shopping mall which includes banks, supermarkets, restaurants and several fashionable boutiques. The restaurants and bars of Long Street & Kloof street are only a 10 minute walk away, as are Company Gardens, Parliament, Cape Town Medi Clinic, Nazareth House and Highland's House. At the Three Boutique Hotel you are only a few minutes from the Cable Car, Waterfront, CTICC Convention Center, Stadium, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches.
