The all weather covered patio is an ideal place to sit, sip an ice cold cocktail.

There are 3 bedrooms, with 3 queen sized beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with a bath and the other with a shower. There is guest loo as well.

There is an off street covered parking bay and 1 under parking bay.
The home and the garden is filled with loads of beautiful plants bring nature into a modern space.

No loadshedding here with an installed inverter. The only thing it doesn't run is the coffee machine - sadly.

Fantastic 10 bed home Accommodating 17 Guests.

Comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests with children across six bedrooms. Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas on the top level, spill out onto a spacious balau deck with a built-in braai and a pool with a view. The top level also has a bar and large indoor fireplace.

The home is situated towards the end of Dassen Island Drive, 100 metres from a beautiful swimming beach, which is also home to a little hidden gem that the locals call Die Swemgat. This crystal-clear rock pool is enjoyed by adults and children during long, hot summer days. The area has an abundance of birdlife, dassies and wildlife. Yzerfontein is also well-known for its ostrich population.
