General information
I am letting out my guest bedroom and main bathroom which has a shower over the bath, plus basin and toilet. Due to the drought water restrictions are in place and only showering will be permitted. I have a large barbecue outside and swimming pool which may be used by arrangement. Smoking is outside only and I request that guests respect my home, keep it clean and tidy, and keep quiet when I am sleeping.
