This is one of those posts that makes me smile.

Not because of the photos, but because I know the work that happened between them.

The early mornings. The daily choices. The commitment. The consistency.

Since October, I've had the privilege of seeing Zhanique every week, and watching her grow has been such a joy.

These photos show a transformation, but what they don't show is the dedication behind it.

IMPORTANT! 💆‍♂️

To help streamline the business and create the best experience for everyone, I’ve updated a few policies and trading hours effective from 1 May 2026.

Winter Trading Hours:

• First appointment: 9:00am
• Last appointment: 4:30pm
• Closed: Wednesdays & Sundays
• Saturdays & selected public holidays: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Appointments & Cancellations:

• Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Late cancellations or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee, including appointments booked as part of a package.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, so I have a fair chance to fill the appointment space.

Monthly Packages:
• Monthly packages are valid for that month only and can not roll over to the following month. Missed appointments within the month will unfortunately fall away.

Treatment Update:
• Full Body Lymphatic Drainage will now be a 90-minute treatment at R700, allowing enough time to properly treat the full body without rushing.
