gh-ways (N1, R28/N14, R21), Gautrain station, Restaurants, Centurion Mall, Supersport Park, Highveld Techno Park, Planet Fitness and Virgin Active Gyms to name but a few. Secured on-site parking is available. We have 6 guest rooms, all with private entrances and en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with small fridge, microwave, coffee station, DSTV, free Wi-Fi, towels and a hairdryer. We serve delicious breakfast from our menu or buffet breakfast for groups. Dinner is available at an additional charge and by prior arrangement only (one day prior to arrival). PhySEQFiT Guesthouse is walking distance from restaurants. The Guesthouse forms part of an established wellness and lifestyle company. We offer a spa with massage treatments, facials and nail treatments. Please make bookings in advance. Various wellness retreat packages also on offer. PhysEQFiT Guesthouse has a no-smoking, no loud noise and no-visitors policy. We unfortunately do not allow for pets to accompany you on your visit. Trying out one of our lunch options for our upcoming Happiness & High-Performance Retreat to be hosted at Physeqfit Guesthouse in July.

During the retreat we will also be demonstrating to attendees how they can transform old favourites into a healthy, brain smart meal to promote brain health, brain performance, energy, longevity and combat inflammation.

This is our version of a chicken mayo sandwich transformed into wholeness and deliciousness - no bread, no dough, no mayo - just packed with goodness.
