The house with its characteristic ‘red door’ is conveniently situated about 500 metres from the bustling Clarens Town Square. The Red Door is beautifully furnished with modern decor and eclectic art. Every effort has been taken to make guests’ stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible, convincing them to return time and again. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious open p

lan kitchen/living area with a cosy fireplace, extending onto a large balcony with braai area, overlooking the beautiful Maluti mountains. The kitchen is fitted with quality appliances and all the cutlery and crockery you might ever need. Specialist Tea from Toni Glass as well as a Nespresso machine with Tribeca coffee pods are included in the rate. Firewood is provided, as well as a daily cleaning service by a reliable and efficient helper. The house has satellite tv in the lounge and all the beds in the bedrooms are fitted with electric blankets, ideal for those cold Free State nights. There is a Bose speaker with Bluetooth in the living area with free Wifi all-round. A double garage is below with a well-kept garden and big lawn, ideal for children to play. The nature reserve close by, is accessible on foot and includes a well-marked trail for walkers, runners and cyclists. Clarens is a special town with lovely restaurants, art galleries and craft shops to explore. It is the best place to visit for a relaxing weekend away from the city, recharging your batteries. We now have two houses in Clarens! 🥳👌

The Red Door which you love and adore.♥️

The New House is right next door. 😄

The house was purchased in June last year and renovations commenced in July with the bulk of it finished.

I will share posts and updates of how it transformed.

The intention was to use left over Klay bricks which will too special to leave on a pile.

It turned into a beautiful pool pergola.
