❓ Can I get a refund?
✅ Yes. Refunds can be requested via the Entry Ninja portal until 26 August 2026.
❌ No refunds will be processed after this date.
❓ Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
✅ Yes. Substitutions can be made on the Entry Ninja portal until 26 August 2026.
⚠️ The 5km, 10km and 21km events are SOLD OUT, so substitutions for these distances must remain in the same distance.
❓ Can I upgrade or downgrade my distance?
⚠️ No upgrades or downgrades are possible between the 10km or 21km as these events are sold out. 5km - no downgrades available - best to stay in bed that morning. Currently upgrades and downgrades can be done between the 35km and 50km distances only.
✅ Changes between available distances can still be made via the Entry Ninja portal until 26 August 2026, subject to availability.
❓ Can I buy someone's entry privately?
❌ No. Entries purchased or transferred privately will not be accepted at registration. All substitutions must be completed through the Entry Ninja portal.
❓ Can I run using someone else's details?
❌ No. Your Finish Time Passport details must match the person running. This is essential for runner safety and emergency identification.
