Spaghetti ( noodles if you want to call them that )with Napolitana Sauce wrapped Korean bbq style packets in fresh spinach leaves with honey and chilli crisp marrows . Served with Rough Flatbread garnished with Garlic Lucky Clovers.
Please don't tell my mother.

Neither my dog nor I knew what to make of a cow and her calf which meandered across the paved parking at The Big Chill Inn this afternoon. Granted it is the Free State and Clarens is not exactly the largest town in the country. She gave a half hearted bark and looked at me for direction. We have a disorderly gang of ownerless,coupless chickens roaming Larola, striking fear into the hearts and ganglia of every slug and worm, so I thought I'd better not discriminate because all animals should be equal and let her be. She nibbled on a few dry pieces of grass right up to the front door, sniffed at it as of she was looking for the doorbell or scrutinizing opening hours. She turned around and splattered a wet pad, suggesting a diet of shopping bags and roses,in front of the door splattering the door and windows and then slowly strolled away. Bizarre. Sounds like a "Cow walked into the bar.." joke but luckily we are opening on Saturday only. See you then!
