Our 20th Dullstroom Village Market will be held Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April. This will be our second market for 2023 the second two-day market in a row!

The Dullstroom Village Market is a charity event with Epilepsy South Africa - Dullstroom being the beneficiary. We encourage you to donate anything no longer in use at home and place it in the charity bin at the market.

Our next market is a two-day market to be held on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March.
The reason for this is that it is a long-weekend with Monday 21 March being a public holiday. This means that on Sunday, Dullstroom will not only have the usual day visitors, but will also be full of weekend guests. It is also the first break-away opportunity since the December holidays. Dullies should rock!
At the time of writing this, we already have 35 vendors.
For the first time we will have a wine tasting stand with the latest chic wine brand all the way from Villiersdorp, Western Cape. It is all the craze at the moment!
Please take a stand or just come visit us with family and friends.

Recce Raid 2022
Thu 12 May - Sat 14 May 2022 @ Dullstroom, Mpumalanga

The Recce Raid is an epic MTB or Trail Running adventure that will take you to the boundaries of physical and mental toughness while enjoying the wonders of nature and being human. It takes place in the Eastern Escarpment and mountainous areas of Mpumalanga in South Africa.

The Raid Race passes through iconic and unique landscapes, including the Highlands, the Helvetia, Kaapschehoop, Berlin, Elandshoogte and other plantations and natural forests, Donkerhoek in the Kwena Basin, the upper Crocodile, and Lunsklip rivers with countless waterfalls, idyllic and remote valleys and gorges, the Komati rivers with Noord Kaap and Suid Kaap tributaries, and more.

MTB Raid 400 | 10K Elevation: 430 km | 10 000 m vertical, starting outside Ngodwana on THURSDAY 12 May 2022 at 09h00
MTB Raid 200: 190 km starting in Kaapsehoop area on FRIDAY 13 May 2022 at 10h00
MTB Raid 40 | 80: 40 km Half Marathon | 78 km Marathon events starting in Dullstroom on SATURDAY 14 May 2022 at 09h00
Trail Running events:

Trail Raid 160: 165 km | 5 000 m vertical ‘100 Miler, starting in Kaapsehoop area on FRIDAY 13 May 2022 at 05h00
Trail Raid 100: 98 km | 3 000 m vertical, starting at N4 Train Tunnel, Waterfall Boven on FRIDAY 13 May 2022 at 13h00
Trail Raid 35 | 55: 35 km and 55 km marathon events starting in Dullstroom on SATURDAY 14 May 2022 at 08h00
Trail Raid 6 | 12: 6 & 12 km sprinting events starting in Dullstroom on SATURDAY 14 May 2022 at 10h00
All Recce Raid events finish in Dullstroom with the cut-off times between 12h00 - 21h00 on SATURDAY 14 May 2022.

All marathon and long events will be self-navigated by means of GPS devices on pre-issued GPX route files. Participants in the MTB Raid 80 | 200 | 400 and Trail Raid 55 | 100 | 160 events are self-navigating with GPS devices (or map with compass).

The MTB Raid 40, Trail Raid 6 | 12 | 35 routes will be marked and participants can complete these events without any GPS devices.
