The Quayside Building is located at the Durban Point Waterfront, facing a spectacular view of the Durban Golden Mile beach stretch. Quayside is one off the finest residential buildings in a quiet upmarket residential block. The building is equipped with two elevators & a staircase. Each apartment has access to 2 secure parking spaces in the basement. Rest assured as there is 24hr Security on site & by the front desk. There are 2self-catering units available. 1001 is on the 10th floor & 606 on the 6th floor. Both Units have open plan kitchen, dining & living room & you walk out onto a spacious patio equipped with a gas braai & outdoor furniture overlooking the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean. The Kitchens are well equipped with basic cutlery and kitchenware essentials, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and stove top with an oven. The apartments can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Both units have two spacious bedrooms with built in cupboards and Queen size beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and has a spectacular outlook onto the ocean. The guest bathroom includes a bath and shower. Linen & Bath Towels are provided. Take delight in the bliss off full Air-conditioning & make use of the free Wi-Fi. Enjoy full DSTV and Netflix, displayed on a flat screen TV in the lounge which also has a Sleeper couch.
