Turns out that tenants are not always reliable....we discovered this afternoon that our tenant will not be back for July ...yeah, I know no notice and keep the deposit ....but is there anybody here who really needs a secure one bedroom flat which is mostly furnished and has prepaid electricity

We had a very quiet year with a few guests returning and some first visits, but overall very quiet.
Honestly, the peace and quiet is great and suits us well to know that our guests are exploring Durban and surrounds... it's certainly well worth it, there is so much happening down here on the East Coast.
We look forward to visits from all those travellers looking for a comfy and relaxed place to come back to after a busy day...

Plan ahead as much as possible, makes every day easier.

All our units are self catering but braai plans can be made should it be needed
