Fitted out to meet the demands of the travelling businessman, these apartments will easily compliment the discerning individual on the next leg of their journey.

- Fully furnished Studio, consisting of a sleeping area, dining area, Kitchenette and Luxurious Bathroom (shower only)

- Internet via Wireless Broadband supplied through a fibre line

- Flat-screen TV with DSTV included (full package)

- Furniture: double bed, wooden couch, 2 cane chairs, table + 1 dining chair, fridge/freezer combination.

- Alarm (separate partition for each suite)

- Air Conditioning (available on a pay-as you-go basis)

- Microwave, induction plate, kettle and sink for dish-washing supplied in the kitchenette, together with Basic Utensils & Cutlery

- 1 Secure non-dedicated Parking behind a remote operated gate

The suites are situated a mere 300m's from the Sonstraal Dam as well as Gene Louw Primary School, and within 5 kms from Tyger Valley Centre, the N1 (NORTH AND SOUTH), Durbanville CBD and Cape Gate. Public transport is available from Durbanville and Tyger-valley, which is reachable by e-hailing taxi's like UBER. The suburb is exceptionally quiet and safe with no recent incidents at the property.

Longer leases are more desirable, but subject to the Landlords' approval.

Please note:

- No Pets & No Children will be accommodated - no exceptions.

- The premises is designed for single occupation - no couples can be accommodated

- Washing services are unavailable and will need to be outsourced by the tenant

- No linen and towels will be provided.

- 2 months deposit required, together with a contract & administration fee of R750 (once off)

- Electricity, water and municipal services (R600) is included in the base rental of R8200. Fair usage policy applicable, and any excess will be recovered from tenants.

- Credit vetting will apply.
