• Bookings & Reservations System.
• Quotations & Replies to Enquiries.
• Checking In & Checking Out of Guests.
• Maintaining Guest Relations.
• Daily Administrative Duties.
• Ensuring Guest House Supplies are Ordered/Bought.
• Stock Taking.
• Marketing & Social Media Communications.
• General Housekeeping Duties
• Minor Maintenance
• Overseeing Housekeeping & Gardening Staff
• Managing the General Maintenance of the Property
• Event Management: Coordinating & Organising Events
• Keep Filing & Administrative Records Up to Date
• Managing Petty Cash
• Invoicing & Month End Reconciliation & Reports
• Basic Monthly Bookkeeping / Capturing of Invoices/Receipts etc
• Feedback Meetings/Reports

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certificate
• Previous Hospitality Experience, Preferably in a Similar Position – 2yrs Minimum
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Basic Bookkeeping Experience
